I agree to indemnify and HOLD HARMLESS the C-W Chamber of Commerce and the City of Camas, its officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and agents from any and all claims arising by reason of accident, injury, or death caused by persons or property of any kind arising out of, in connection with, or incident to the Camas Days Event, except caused by the sole negligence of the C-W Chamber or City of Camas.
