I agree to indemnify and HOLD HARMLESS the Camas-Washougal Chamber of Commerce and the City of Camas, its officers, employees, volunteers sponsors and agents from any and all claims arising by reason of accident, injury or death caused by persons or property of any kind arising out of, in connection with, or incident to the Camas Days Event, except caused by the sole negligence of the CW Chamber or City of Camas.
